Villa Nima is without a doubt one of the most exclusive villas on Ibiza. The outstanding villa is located in a secluded and tranquil area of Cap Martinet. The open sea views are spectacular and go all the way up to Formentera. Hot spots are close by and beaches are just around the corner. Ibiza Town is only a 5-10 minute drive away!
The green lawn stretches on both sides of the villa and subtropical garden. Living the outside luxurious Ibiza life is complete while listening to some nice music. The outside area features for example a complete sound system with 3 speaker zones, 30 speakers and 3 subwoofers. There are several terraces, an outside kitchen and an outside dining table catering 24 persons. The pool (17x7m), with connected jacuzzi, is utterly perfect for a great swim and some relaxing.
The villa has been designed with the finest materials and great care. The fusion of indoor and outdoor areas create a unique experience. Use of marble and stone flooring are just a minor example of many fantastic features of this villa.
The Bulhaup kitchen is fully equipped and features additional exceptional elements, for example a Gaggenau wine fridge and cooking top plus Tepanyaki. Furthermore there are several livings which are all decorated with great care. There are 6 bedrooms and 5 en suite bathrooms, of which one is shared and accessible from 2 bedrooms. All bedrooms are designed with eye for detail and the bathrooms are Swiss custom made.
There is a high end central airconditioning system which can be used for both cooling and heating- as well as Optic Fiber internet all throughout the house. Minimum rental for July and August is 2 weeks.
